Kraig came out to look at our air conditioning unit. We were having problems with it running continuously and our electricity bills were very high. He explained all of our options and we chose to have the unit replaced with a more efficient unit. We set up the appointment and he was on time and very courteous. He replaced the air conditioning and we had him come back a few weeks later to replace the ductwork in the attic.

We are happy with the new air conditioning. We have recommended Kraig to our friends and family and will call him with all our maintenance needs.
