This is in the regards to the service Shawn provided me last summer, I felt his professional demeanor was outstanding. His knowledge in the air conditioning field was vast and he was able to answer my questions in terms I was capable of understanding, whereas recent companies I have had air conditioning work by, they’ve answered my questions in technical terminology that was difficult to understand. This to me is an important quality for someone to have in any professional field. Additionally, Shawn performed excellent work on my air conditioner and he told me he not only stands by his parts but by his work as well, which to me is quite admirable. Also, because of his work ethics, kindness, and ability to explain things at a level I can understand, I would highly recommend Superstition Cooling to anyone I know, including myself if the need shall rise again.
