My husband David and I have use Superstition Cooling for services in the past. They are very pleasant guys and extremely helpful. One night around 10pm my air conditioner went out. I called and Kraig pick up the phone to see if he would be able to help us out. He responded to my request that night. I really appreciated this because it was the middle of summer and it would have been a very uncomfortable evening. I would recommend Superstition Cooling to anyone who needs service completed at their home.

Kraig came out to my home during the summer after a company performed spring maintenance on the air conditioner. I was unsure about the company so I had Superstition Cooling come out, and he was out the same day. When he arrived we walked over to the unit outside, he pointed out that someone put a hole in the Freon coil. The unit held the new 410 Freon. When he pointed out the hole I was worried we were not going to have cool air that night, it was 9:00 and it was hot. I was happy to hear that he was able to fix it that night. He repaired the hole and put in the Freon at a very good price. I was very happy with the service.

I recently had the opportunity to make use of the service of Kraig, Owner of Superstition Cooling. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair our heating and cooling units. This was after we had numerous technicians from several other companies work on the units with no success. In addition, he was very pleasant and courteous. He took the time to patiently explain to us exactly what was wrong with the units and what actions he had taken to repair the units. Should we ever have need of cooling and heating technician in the future we will certainly seek out this gentleman. I would not hesitate to recommend him with great confidence to any friend needing work. His company is fortunate to have such a qualified individual who represents his company so well.

Kraig was servicing our air conditioner before the summer. He was very professional and efficient. He even went above and beyond by tacking down some of our shingles that were loose on the roof. I will recommend him fully.

Kraig came out to look at our air conditioning unit. We were having problems with it running continuously and our electricity bills were very high. He explained all of our options and we chose to have the unit replaced with a more efficient unit. We set up the appointment and he was on time and very courteous. He replaced the air conditioning and we had him come back a few weeks later to replace the ductwork in the attic.

They came out right away on a holiday and were able to quickly fix our problem. They changed out our blower motor and cleaned our indoor coil. We have had no further problems since. I have had my air conditioner repaired by Superstition Cooling. Some other guy told me that I needed a new unit and Shawn repaired it by simply replacing the compressor. The unit still works perfect today, and he repaired it about two years ago.

I had Kraig out to my house during the winter when my heater quit working due to having a Freon leak. He fixed the leak and had me heating in no time. I was impressed with his level of expertise and knowledge. He explained everything clear where I can make sense of what had happened and how he fixed my heating. This is in the regards to the service Shawn provided me last summer, I felt his professional demeanor was outstanding. His knowledge in the air conditioning field was vast and he was able to answer my questions in terms I was capable of understanding, whereas recent companies I have had air conditioning work by, they’ve answered my questions in technical terminology that was difficult to understand. This to me is an important quality for someone to have in any professional field. Additionally, Shawn performed excellent work on my air conditioner and he told me he not only stands by his parts but by his work as well, which to me is quite admirable. He has replaced my fan motor, performed routine maintenances, and has fixed small issues such as replacing my homes old thermostat with a new digital one. As most people know, Arizona summers are extremely unbearable without efficient air conditioning. That being said, it is my humble opinion that as long as Kraig is on the job, no Arizonian will suffer in 120* weather again.

Kraig came out to fix our heater when it suddenly died. Although the unit is rather old he was able to get it back up and running in no time. So many companies promise but fall short.
